A new series of Dr Who, starring Colin Baker as the Doctor and Faith Brown as Flast, begins on Two on Monday (6.30pm) with a four-part serial Attack Of The Cybermen.
The Cybermen have always been deadly foes of the Doctor, and Attack Of The Cybermen finds them locked in conflict with him in a desperate attempt to change the course of history. Great stuff — if you can understand it. And thousands do.
But no one is immortal. Not even Dr Who. This is the last Dr Who series and the BBC has ruled out any plans to resurrect the good doctor.
