A GIRL ran on to the set in Dr. Who (BBC-1). "Daleks!" she shouted. "What?" said the good doctor, startled. It startled me, too. Obviously the doctor and I thought for a moment that she had shouted something else.
There is a lot of old daleks on the box these evenings in the traditional lull before the football season, a lull made even more pointed by the burst of activity during the past two Olympic weeks.
