TOMMY Boyd, energetic star of ITV's "The Saturday Show", has already achieved one of his life-long ambitions just by being on the programme.
"This is just the sort of fast-moving fun show that I'd always dreamed of fronting," he says.
But there's one great ambition that's as yet unfulfilled for Tommy — and which he honestly doubts will ever be realised.
"The fact is," sighs Tommy, "that I would kill for the chance to play Dr. Who on telly! I can't explain this fascination I have for the character — all I know is that if the chance to portray him was ever offered to me I'd drop whatever else I was doing!"
