The fellow piloting this amazing vehicle of the future isn't well known to Americans, but he's the rage of both movies and television in Great Britain. Actor Jon Pertwee portrays the fantastic Dr. Who, who rolls a lot of American-type heroes Into one—with something extra. The vehicle (which probably doesn't conserve energy) looks like a mini-hovercraft of some type, but when Dr. Who uses it, it's a three-wheeler with wings that spread out, a three-channel television, built-in computer and radiophone. Pertwee's son Sean enjoys a ride with his well-loved father.
