DR WHO fanatic Anthony Sibley is set to earn a fortune after designing a version of the doctor's K9 robot dog for a GCSE project.
Anthony, 20, of Newport, Isle of Wight, designed the metal mutt when he was 16.
The £1000 dogs are being built by a Nottingham firm.
