Q: I am a very big fan of Doctor Who on Channel 13. What I am wondering is, is there a local fan club. If so, what is their address?

A: KERA/Channel 13 tells me there are a bunch of Dr. Who fans around Fort Worth-Dallas. Actually, "bunch," wasn't their word, it's mine. In any case, here are two of the larger clubs: The Gallifrey Connection, 215 E. Park Place, Lancaster 75124. Channel 13 is hosting "WhoFest '91" on Saturday and Sunday, March 23-24. It will be at the Dallas Park Plaza Hotel, 1914 Commerce St., and will include panel discussions, video rooms, autograph sessions, costume con tests, and celebrity auctions.
