I ENJOYED "Five that stood the test of time" in your Style section Jan. 19. It's great to see an article about "Dr. Who," the longest running science fiction/fantasy TV program ever.
However, many viewers cannot watch The Doctor anymore because Tel Cablevision of Fremont removed KTEH Channel 54 from its Bay Area cable systems.
It's too bad that cable deregulation denies "Dr. Who" and other programs to much of the Bay Area.
