British actor Mark Strickson has been swotting up on "The Tardis Manuel" in preparation for his new role as Dr. Who's companion when the series returns to B.B.C. screens in January. Mark (23) has been a keen fan of the programme since the age of four and will now become the 24th companion of the many-faced Doctor. Mark will be replacing actress Sarah Sutton (Nyasa), seen with him here.
