IS lanky Tom Baker setting himself up for a new career when he finally grows tired of whisking through time and space as Dr. Who? He is to make a BBC documentary about next month's Nobel Prize awards ceremony in Stockholm. Baker will write some of the wards and act as presenter and reporter, He says: "it's good to have a change and I'm looking forward to when Dr. Who himself gets a Nobel Prize."
