BALDERDASH! That is my view of Mrs. Mary Whitehouse's "terrifying" Dr. Who.
My children. aged six, four and two, adore the programme and go to bed afterwards without the slightest hint of tears or terror nightmares.
Indeed, they watch it with the same pleasure their Mum got from it a fair number of years ago. —Mrs. L. T. Copley, Freckleton, Lanes.
MY Five children thrive on the monsters that frighten Whitehouse.—R. Jackson, Bury, Lancs.
IF Mrs. Whitehouse really wants to do something for the common good let us hear what she intends doing about the killings and maimings that happen every day in real life.
It is deeds not words, we need Mrs. Whitehouse. —Public Employee, York.
