My three-year-old daughter has always watched "Dr. Who" on BBC TV. She loves the Daleks and we gave her one on her last birthday.
But I will not allow her to see the programme again after last week's episode. This showed a screaming girl held captive by a hairy man before being flung into Space.
It shocked me that this programme, which has become so popular with viewers of all ages, should have deteriorated into the horror spectacle I saw on Saturday.
While not agreeing that adult viewing should be censored, I suggest that both channels take a good look at programmes they put on before 7:00 p..
If they are unfit for the younger ones nervous child, they should warn parents.
Mrs. P Clark, Andover, Hants.
