Hi! I'm a 15-year-old who really likes your shows. I love American Playhouse and Film du Jour (when I'm home) and Night Times and Nova. They are done very well and are real high quality stuff. Continue doing as well.
But my especial favorite is Dr. Who. I've never missed an episode and three of my friends are just like me. I see your pledge drives all the time, so I thought I'd send you some money to keep the Doctor on. I know it's not much, but it's the extent of my allowance. I hope it does some good. Thank you for such good shows.

Enclosed is a $20 contribution to KTCA, elicited in these lean financial times almost entirely by the presence of Dr. Who on your schedule. As a graduate student living at home, I am willing to enjoy your other programming under the umbrella of my father's Family Membership; but my enjoyment of the Doctor is so great that I can't resist scraping together a contribution of my own.
Precarious as my finances are, I hope to be able to send along something every month or two as long as you continue to broadcast Dr. Who.
