buy anything in clothes shops these days! Time may be relative, but even so, 16 years —give or take the odd TV movie — is too long to wait for a comeback, even for a Time Lord! So lock the door, unplug the phone and settle down behind the sofa in feverish anticipation of Russell T Davies's long-awaited reimagining of the Beeb's best sci-fi series ever.
