I watched in horror as, in the final moments of a recent episode of Doctor Who (Wednesdays BBC1), a Dalek levitated to exterminate Sylvester McCoy. It was in the sure knowledge that Daleks could not climb stairs that thousands of children went to bed on Saturday night (unless they lived in a bungalow and just hoped for the best!).
Also, I think you should inform all the other Time Lords that the Daleks now operate a time travel service. I think all available information on Daleks (ie, films) should be made public to counter this threat.
